In Thailand, Malaysia and China hibiscus is often mixed with other teas such as green or black tea at a ratio of three parts, one part of hibiscus and green or black tea. In addition to its high content of Vitamin C lowers cholesterol and blood pressure values hibiscus.
Hibiscus tastes even better than iced tea, has a beautiful, deep-red color and served with a lemon or lime wedge, he is an excellent and very refreshing drink for any summer party.
